Duane Lindsay

Duane Lindsay is an author known for writing cheerfully demented novels featuring con artists and overweight private investigators. She wrote her first novel while studying at the University of Wyoming, where she also played lead guitar in a band called “Suzy Q and the Quad City Ramblers.” Lindsay holds degrees in English and engineering and worked as an engineer before retiring to become a full-time writer. She has published over twenty works of fiction, including the popular “Lou Fleener Mystery” series and the “Grifter’s Daughter” series. Lindsay’s writing is noted for its humour, well-developed characters, and fast-paced plots. In addition to writing, she enjoys playing her 1954 Martin D-18 guitar during her retirement
