Terry Pratchett

Terry Pratchett (1948-2015) was a beloved British fantasy author best known for his Discworld series. He wrote over 50 comedic fantasy novels, selling more than 100 million copies worldwide. Knighted in 2009, Pratchett was renowned for his witty, satirical writing style and imaginative storytelling. Despite being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2007, he continued writing until his death in 2015, leaving an incredible literary legacy that transformed the fantasy genre.
